Bench 60kg for the first set eventually dropping down to 40kg for my last set. 4 sets

Leg press 237kg 4 sets x 8 reps

Calf raises 6 reps @ 200kg going straight into 30 reps at 80kg. 4 Sets

Biceps 21s @ 25 kg 3 sets

Was straight after muay thai so i was pretty screwed already
