Long run in Jay Cooke State Park. UMD Outpost-Thompson Graveyard and back. Only fell once. Rocks very slippery muddy w/ lots of slick roots and ruts. Only a couple big climbs.

Went out to fast and bonked a bit coming in. Not enough calories either, even though I had then I didn't use them. :(
