Spent the day at the water park in Apple Valley,MN. Must have climbed at least a couple of hundred stories.

UMD Outpost-Munger-Jay Cooke. Heavy rain & thunderstorms the entire run. Should have been a commercial for Nissan Xterra.
Very conservative run. Walked the hills. Rocks/roots very very slippery. Focused on hydration and nutrition. This was the first time during a long run that I would drink ever few minutes. Stayed hydrated entire run. Also took in water and nutrition(GU) on the move.

Felt good. Very Very hilly. Got a bit lost going back in. Overall I had a great run.

Will need to update official distance and time when I check my Garmin.

3miles downhill, 3 miles uphill. Straight uphill. Duluth is like a mini San Fransisco

Out and back from house to Magney Park. Not a fan of the Brooks, had my feet feel like they where on skis. Way to heavy for a mid foot striker.
