Ez 4 miler to w/u for intervals. Out-back from Y. 5x400 on treadmill:
#1 1:32, #2 1:31, #3 1:30, #4 1:30, #5 1:29. Felt like I could run much faster but wanted to hold back since I had not been able to stay on my speed-work routine consistently.
