Note
(rest day)

Rain Rain Go Away.
Today was planning on 2hr MTB. Been raining since 8am. No dice. Rest day. Will not have to spend so much time at the hospital this week, so I should be able to get my volume up.

RUN 1:59:00 [3] * 13.19 mi (9:01 / mi)
ahr:132 max:153 shoes: Nike Free

Out/back from Y-Wisconsin Entry trail. Felt great going out bit of a tail wind. Coming in heavy head wind but was still able to maintain a nice 8:59/mile pace heading back to Y. Thought if Paul could run 100 miles today I could do 2hrs :).

RUN (MID-WEEK LONG) 1:15:00 [3] * 7.01 mi (10:42 / mi)
ahr:138 max:155 slept:3.0 shoes: Nike Free

Out and back from Y-Lakewalk extension. Rainy but warm. Very difficult run today, worked most of the night. Legs heavy but I'm glad I found some time to train. picked it up a bit on way back. Pace is off since I had a hard time with satellite acquisition with my GPS.

Realized this morning that I have been neglecting my running drills. Will try better next week to fit them in.
