A Turn with Tom. Slow and easy, attempted one 6min threshold rep but was feeling very lethargic. Easy on home to get some rest.

Frustrating that I've done too much and tipped over into illness as I feel like I've done next to nothing.

CR 'hills group' - knew it would be punter-ish but wanted to be shown so nearby hills.

Slightly disappointed as it turned out to be a 4m very slight incline haha - okay.

Decided from the off that this was going to be a technique session anyways. Started with a slow jog, some drills and then 12x short ~20 sec hill sprints. Was feeling good and so running quite hard for the efforts.

Tempo session - RIverside and Water park in Peterborough

A reduced tempo run after the weekend.

Efforts of 7,6,5...2,1 with a 2min float between (last two were 1min). Felt awesome and so fast. Pace got quicker with each rep from 3:38 to 3:05. Floats at just over the 4. Wasn't bothered about this at the time though and just went off feeling.
