Nice spin round Durham.

7min WU to the New Inn, 3x threshold reps of the New Inn hill, then a cruise round town (15mins)

Was wanting 5 reps but the back of my left knee started hurting at the end of the 2nd rep - bottom of the hammy just above the knee on the inside. Still a dull achy in the evening/ day after.

Reps - 5:28, 5:19, 5:27. Feeling rapid
