Taking pretty hard looking to try and see where it falls apart. A few misses when trying to push too fast and not having a clear enough plan early enough.

Culbin - Relay 3rd leg practice

Starting in 1s/2s. Shaky to 1, then spooned 2 big time. Got to my big AP before the control had had no point at which I was coming off and then just ran round with no clue. Not good.

Back on it though and decided to try and just get it right with people around as oppose to being fast. Worked very well and was soon chasing down the front. Got clear after a bit more faff at 9 where I stopped too early, but clean through the next technical section.

Waited at 13 for a min or so for the front and then just bullied/distracted to try and make them work harder.
