Keeping The sessions short to not stress the hammie too much. Felt it a tiny bit but only on a few strides.

Mid-Cheshire 5k

A good tester of where I’m at. Happy to be under 16.

Cracking race head to head with Curley and had some left in the last 400 to burn him off.

Paced pretty consistently which is good.

Looking forward to working on this - aim is sub 15:30 at the Sale Sizzler

Easy cruise

Very tiring stressful day. Missed lunch so was running a bit on empty. Found this refreshing though - the thunderstorm/hail storm helped.

Legs good until about 8km and then felt a little flat. Think it was just the lack of food. Otherwise good
