Easy recovery run round da field. Da pitch is flooded nd da rain was pelting it dwn. Did 5 100m strides after dis aswel to keep a bit of speed in da legs wit da race on sunday.

Note

knee doesnt feel 2 bad either its nearly fully better rest 2moro neway so dat d should do da trick

Sean was doin 5 1000s @ 3.10 coz e has da county senior on sunday, so i joined in at da gate. Dat was bout 800m, Times were all in the 2.30 range. We had to slow down loads goin round da hammer cage coz da mud is terrible der so prob worth 2-3 secs wit da wind nd rain aswel. Twas decent session tho nd e was actually doin dem a bit faster dan 3.10 coz dey wer mostly 3.07/3.08. County Juniors on Sunday, can't wait :D:D

Jus an easy recovery run after da session yday. Finding dese runs good in terms of recovering 4 da next session, legs feeling refreshed after them.

gt a slight niggle on da side of my knee it has a clicking feeling. I've had it twice before once 2 years ago nd da other last may wen i was doin track work. It'll hopefully go away though

1km wu + 3wd 12x400m (78,7,6,5,5,4,4,2,2,1,1,0) gd session felt strong nd took ot da session. eric nd tim didnt even take ot 1 rep. times wer gd nd im feeling real strong. it woz pissin rain doin it aswel so da field woznt in great nick bt times wer as gd if nt faster den other times ive done dis session wen its been gd weather

3 laps round ballyannan + 2 laps of skol field times for 3 laps (13.40,14.03,14.11) it woz lashing doin dis nd i bombed da 1st lap by mistake oops bt i held it together nicely 4 da other 2 laps so dat woz gd. da pace woz real fast tho for a long run :)
