Lade Braes walk, out and back. Pushed hard on this run. Doesn't look like I was going that fast in the end but I felt pleased with the run whilst I was out there. Had the heart rate monitor on and pushed to keep it between 160/170 bpm which is about 10 to 15 beats more than a steady run. A little disappointed that the run turned out to be a little shorter than I thought, but pleased that I didn't just do another 'steady run', pushed all the way to the end.
