Jog to brands and back after session...

Running intervals 20:00 [5] 2.2 mi (9:05 / mi)

3 x 400 with a lap jog - 87.7, 87.7, 83.8... then 5 x 75m with jog/walk back - all around 11 secs with last one at 10.62. Cool!
