walk trot (still alive) 49:56 [3] 3.1 mi (16:06 / mi)
shoes: UnderArmour Micro G

Last night was the worst 'attack' of heatstroke I've ever had. It was high 90's and had already gotten spoiled by the nice low 90's and even mid 80's but made it around ok...but about 9 I started feeling like the liquid I was drinking was staying in stomach...I remember some summers in Norman when I would sweat so much several hours later my stomach would be stretched out from liquid and I still felt thirsty so I thought that's all it was.

About 10:30 I made myself throwup...not much came up...and I started getting the headaches I get when I am dehydrated and having what I call heatstroke type attack...but a few times it felt like someone had ripped the brain out of my head stomped on it then twisted it after they shoved it back in...

It was so bad Chrissy was ready to take me to the emergency room...and that's bad...she doesn't give me much sympathy...some but last night even she was worried. Finally it all started easing up. Went on for 2 hours...it felt like death...
