I could feel lameness/lack of lift in right thigh so I slowed down. Rather I pushed less and could keep my form.

Did half mile of controlled 100 then jogged 100 so200 mts striding each lap. It felt under control safe and relatively smooth for merge strides were about 7 min pace

26:20 first loop which was 45 seconds faster than I thought it would be. 22:22 2nd loop or 8:58 a mile. Did not expect to run 2 bd loop that quick (don't laugh)
