Started out with quick walking and slow shuffling...about 10 steps each....waffled between doing 7 all the way up to 8 or more. Hip tightened and felt sore but not anything severe. I was aware of 'it' but otherwise felt ok...as soon as I finished it felt ok not hurting and tightening up fast...so I think what I've done is ok and not too much.
I may do this walk jog stuff to build up endurance and get a good workout in but at a slower pace so that it does not stress the hip. I also may not do that much track work...if I go may be just for time trials for something quicker and on the track. I'll just have to see how things go.
33 min at 2.5. Ran last mile about 9:50. Ran last 1.35 or so without stopping and only stopped 3 times last 3 miles or so. Ran last 2.5 about 26:40 which is about 10:40 pace I think.
