I thought I was going faster first half but at 4 I was a min slower??? Anyway I stopped and walked usually about 15 to 17 steps...held breath and did breath blow outs....kinda pooped out by 5.5 but managed to speed up a little.

Looked and I was right...ran only 15 seconds slower 2nd half this week so basically the same pace...
