I started out with intentions of walking more and taking about 50+ min but just went with the flow.
Note I am doing hour plus to nearly 2 hours of hip, knee, hamstring stuff lately just taking stuff off google and doing a little of each...my left calf continues to have the weird tightness that is on verge of a cramp from time to time...keep trying to stretch and I put hot stuff on it before I go running and for most part it is not bothersome, but today last 1.5 it felt a little more like it might cramp...probably due to cold...
