Another super nice day...touch of cool in the air and a light NW breeze that I was not expecting when I turned west at 2.7 but it was not bad compared to past few weeks.

I surged 10 to 30 yards with trotting and walking between. Did the surges for 3 miles. Walked 50 yards or so up until 3.8 miles then last 1.7 trotted in. At first my surges were not really surges but gradually I could feel a little push off with my feet...I've gotten so slow that sometimes when I've wanted to stride out or sure for just a few step when I send my legs the signal to 'go!' nothing happens. It's a weird feeling.

So I continue to train on making progress at a ultra slow pace but progress is progress. I'm having to work on everything. Endurance, speed, form, body toning and preventative exercises. Little by little.
