Nice day so no excuses. I was really tired last night and when I woke up. Started to trade out rest days but after coffee and yogurt/fruit I decided to run at OC. Debated on before or after for the stride/tempo stuff...decided do the 5 miler and see how I felt.

5 x .5/440 1:34.3. Getting closer to six min pace.

Decided to try a 440...did not feel I could do more all out stuff. I started mostly into wind and died...never felt good so shut down after half lap.

Out of pride (and wanting a nice even quarter mile) I ran the other half (also it was going to mostly be wind. I started pretty good but last 50 yards I did not have any leg turn over left.

All this is incredibly slow for any average athletic but this is all much faster pace than running along 10 to 12 minute miles so it's gotta help (I hope).
