Nice morning out...40 with only a trace of a wind at all. 13 x about 70 I guess...from about 50 yards up to 100-105 or so. Holding back...had caught myself pushing too hard Friday...these need to be where I feel like I'm floating and flying at the same time...I added up about 950 yards in my head but no way of knowing if I ran 900 or more likely (I hope) 1000 yards.
I did a few 10 yard surges to loosen up in the dark since I was so slow before I started fartlek surges...last one was at about 3.7 miles.
