Rest day...have pushed pretty hard since Sunday for me. Even this is 'fast' for a super slow trot day.

I really should count this running but it would hurt my already slow average pace for when I consider a workout 'running'. I only walked some the first .1...but I have to get my haircut at 9 so warmup abbreviated. I did this on purpose so I would have a slower workout and thus get some rest for tomorrow.
