shoes: Skecher GoRun7

Wow oh wow...trees in the way several places...I'm talking section 50 yards long that were nearly completely blocked...I had to go under, around, squeeze between trees and brick walls...then places where I zigged left then right...not the entire way by any means and there were long areas completely free of tree debris...hardly any rain but puddles and soggy ground, wind and dodging trees made this the hardest of the 4 day seven though by far warmest by 10 degrees and no rain.

My right outer ham had a tightness that took 3.5 miles to go away...did not hurt or get worse...feels okay now. Dr. Google Bags has ordered, icing, heating pad, foam roller, elevation, etc.

5 minute warm up of stuff. Did my leg bands at 3 this morning...old geezer wake up call for hour or two that happens most nights so I made use of the waking time.

The tree thing just kept getting worse yesterday...mostly I guess just me learning how much more wide spread it is....from OKC to SW Okla. Found out my parents had been without power since shortly after I talked to mom Monday. Called but my dad was having some sort of spell so I could not talk to mom. Found out from Vicki (sister in McKinney Texas) about the power outage.

Afternoon: hour plus of more limb cleanup. Still a big mess as nothing to do but pile it up so it's less unsightly but still not a pretty sight. Not doing any weight work...no need. Barely can get the energy to do the other stuff...been doing a lot less of everything else.

Afternoon into mid evening: 25 min leg and arm bands, floor core stuff 25 sit ups, etc; standing leg swirls and kicks; foam roller along with softball and baseball roll on hip and right ham...baseball not as effective as softball.
