Once again it's windy on Thursday...turning at 5.5 into strong wind but not quite as bad as 2 or 3 weeks ago...and I was a little stronger today running into it.
5 min warm up of lite stretching, and a little floor core and leg kicks.

5M 55:25 (10:10) Hills started 2.75 ended at 5.25)
6M 1:05:25 (10:00) even with half mile into wind
7M 1:15:01 (9:36...) can't believe I could go under 10 at the end!
Afternoon: 35 minutes of standing leg kicks/swirls; lite stretching; free arm weights; leg and arm bands all directions; hip flexor stuff...so many exercises it can be overwhelming...also usually not doing them that well at first, but I did what I could. Floor core pending.
