My leg improved dramatically day to day so I did some very slow strides starting very slow and not trying to go full speed just had the feeling of speeding up very gradually ever 15 yards or so. Time and distance just a guess.

Chrissy went to Christian counselor today...she ended up lecturing him and even canceled James appt for tomorrow. James was originally supposed to go the next appt but he refused to go the same day as her.

Surprise surprise...actually it would have been better for me, James, the world and Chrissy if things had gone well...she is the only person I know who believes in all kinds of psychology and self-improvement books and ideas...but is caught up in applying them to everyone else...because of course she's already doing eveything right.

Over 40 at 3.5...stopped at 5.5 as had been fighting left calf cramp...toed in and it helped but had to stop and stretch it and massage it for about 30 seconds...managed about 10 min pace for last 3.5 with 2 miles of wind at back...
