walk trot (right calf a little stiff) 54:04 [3] 3.4 mi (15:54 / mi)
shoes: UnderArmour Micro G

Ran in Hoka's yesterday...right calf slightly sore...I noticed it felt "hard' I know that sounds weird but the right calf was slightly 'firmer' to the touch than the left one...but when I walked it did not affect me at all. Can't believe a shoe that feels so good might be the cause...don't know that yet..

running tempo (or strides plus walk) 34:44 [3] 3.5 mi (9:55 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Clifton 2

My right foot slightly sore after 3.5 with .65 on grass...the shoes feel great but I am going to have to limit how far and how much I run in them.

Example of running faster than I would have if I had not walked...pooped out still and would have shuffled along but walking allowed me to do the strides at a quick enough pace to average under 10.

21 at 2 and 13.44 for last 1.5. So 10:30 versus about 9:20. Nice day for Dec but supposedly something coming next week. Used to the real winter in Okieland started Jan 15 and was brutal for 6 weeks.

shoes: Hyperfuse trainer Nike

Starting at 2 started doing some mini stride outs...5 to 10 steps quick...

running (no energy plus 25mph wind) 35:50 [3] 3.0 mi (11:57 / mi)
shoes: LunarGlide8

Guess three days of good running was all I had...felt weak when I awoke...it was 65...warmer than when I went to bed...that was expected although freaky for this time of year...wind was steady 25mph just could not push...I do not know why I didn't just stop and walk some...I was too tired to think of that...I have felt much worse but even with wind at back not sure I went below 11 min pace on way home...in fact wind was pushing to go faster than I felt like going...poop...
