Screwed up time as stopped watch due to traffic issue but hit wrong button. This should be close...also I am sure this 6 mile out and back course was close to .1 long...did 10k last week on track so decided to add on by time and guessing...anyway this should be fairly close.

I stopped at 3.1 and about 3.7 2nd half and ran last 2.5...shuffling although gradually got it down under 11 min for last 1.5.

Decided to do some walk jogging just to get this over with due to light rain...as usual went further (.6 more) and quicker with the jogging versus walking only that I usually do on Wed.

Hip bothersome but does not get worse so for now staying the course on what I'm doing.

Did not stop last 1.25 this time.

Hip was sore but once I finished it was ok...poop. Ran last 1.3 without stopping...just wanted to get out of rain...shoes soaked by the 114 puddles I stepped in...per mile.

Hip a little stiff or creaky at first but about half way through it completely loosened up instead of tightening up. Hope that is the same for running or at walk/jog tomorrow.

I jogged through entrances to try to avoid being run over...holding breath some also.

All kinds of mind games. Hip was sore in less than half mile. I did not little mind game walk/jog counting steps, etc but could not get in a flow until about 3.5 miles. Varied lengths of jogging and walking. Had to actually cut back for about a mile between 2 and 3 and thought about dropping down to 5 or 6 at the most but at 4 I was finding a rhythm so I decided to go for 7 and if hip is wiped out over next few days then back to only walking.

I'm going to stick to 3 days of walk/jog and may even divide the miles that day between 50% walk/jog and 50% walk only...not sure which I would do first, might need to experiment.
