walk trot (warmed up quick) 48:57 [3] 4.0 mi (12:14 / mi)
shoes: Enhance Waterpruf Trainer

I overdressed. Underestimated how quickly it was warming up. Soggy everywhere. Was going to just walk and ended up doing this instead. No golf due to soggy ground so the shuffle jogging helped give a nice workout without being too much.

Splits about 13:50; 26:50/13 min 2nd mile: 38:40/11:50 3rd mile: and about 10:17 last mile.

walk trot (ice and rain soggy soggy) 54:15 [3] 4.0 mi (13:34 / mi)
shoes: Enhance Waterpruf Trainer

It was too slick to try to run on streets. Have a large field quarter mile from home so decided that was best bet today. It started raining as I went out. I had to guess how far I was going but it should be close and with the soggy clothing, shoes and ground with half inch of semi melted sleet it felt like I had run 6 miles. Had to do all kinds of loops with in the big loop just to distract me and get more time/distance out of each big loop.

Even my feet were soaking wet second half...shoes held up well and probably half the water was just my wet sock above the shoe edge soaking down inside...

walk trot (icy cold but no wind) 51:33 [3] 4.0 mi (12:53 / mi)
shoes: Enhance Waterpruf Trainer

About 7-8 WC (above zero)...saw your WC earlier was minus 22 so I guess we're pretty tropical compared to you. Lots of ice patches but not solid and could for most part find dry patches in the worst places and in the bad places I jumped up on people's yards...this is making it sound worse than it was...more ice in the neighborhood than I expected but I had traction the whole way and some stretches completely dry.

walk trot (sleet off and on slushy) 59:48 [3] 5.1 mi (11:43 / mi)
shoes: Enhance Waterpruf Trainer

The water proof shoes worked great. Whenever I hit a puddle did not feel water...never stepped in too deep of water...my socks were wet from sweat but I did not notice until I came in.

My shoe laces were frozen so much I finally just pulled them off to let them thaw. I was surprised to go under an hour in these conditions.

golf (Guthrie Augusta) 10:00 [3] 4.0 mi (2:30 / mi)
shoes: Skecher Golf

super windy again

walk trot (way cooler than forecast) 1:03:08 [3] 4.0 mi (15:47 / mi)
shoes: LunarGlide8

Supposed to be 72 right now and it is 56 with wind chill in low 40's. That is probably average to warmer than average but when you are expecting 70's it feels a lot colder.

walk trot (weak and struggling) 1:10:49 [3] 6.0 mi (11:48 / mi)
shoes: New Balance Trail

Have not felt energetic since my 5 miler Tues at sub 10 pace. Even my walking has been slower. I was going to bail out and drop to 5 but I began to feel ok except I was averaging 1 min a mile slower than last week so I was hoping to at least get to about a sub 12 min pace...I'm pretty sure if I had done a walk/jog I could have run 2-3 minutes faster overall, but I also need to endurance of not stopping.

Anyway I made it and averaged about 11 for the 2nd half after 12:40 for the first half.
