running (walk jog) 56:50 [3] 5.1 mi (11:09 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Ghost 9

Didn't stop second half. No surging like last Fri...too tired. Opened garage when I finished and it was full of steam. Hot water line to water tank had begun leaking. Yesterday it was bugs dropping out of ceiling vent due to all the water outside guess they were looking for dry place had to fog the attic. About did myself in between dust, fiberglass and the 3 bombs going off before I could get out.

$244 to fix plumbing so that's not bad at all.

running (OC Track 100m trot/stride) 23:58 [3] 2.5 mi (9:35 / mi)
shoes: New Balance 880 WB 4

Added 2 more laps. Humid...flicking sweat from wrists up into my face. Adding the two really toughened things up. Moderate wind. 20 x 100. My pace is not that fast for the strides...but its still faster than my regular training pace and its all I can do for now. I felt drained after this and knew the 6 mile was going to be a challenge.

running (OC Trail 2.5 mile loops) 1:00:12 [3] 6.0 mi (10:02 / mi)
shoes: New Balance 880 WB 4

Dodging water puddles here and there...not many but they were deep...couple of small detours around mini lakes. I thought I was going to crash and burn and stagger in with 11 min miles last couple or so but I managed to stay right at 10 min pace. It was a strength run in the wind and moderate humidity.

It's 8 hours later and I'm zapped. It was not even hot.

Windy again but you are protected a lot on this course but once you get out in the open on a day like this its bad...figure I lost 30 seconds per loop (3).

shoes: Hoka Clifton 2

There was a south wind but not too bad...in shorts and long sleeves...very nice day for Okieland to have their Memorial Marathon. They show it on TV except 95% of the broadcast is local news people blabbing about sponserships, etc...some of that is fine but if they would at least but a split screen shot in the corner at all times of the men and women leaders....
