Green pea soup now coming out of my head and lungs (?) and I think that is helping me turn the corner towards getting through this. Another weak pathetic afternoon and night but pace for the trot-a-long was decent for how I felt. Just past halfway thought I might be starting to run out of gas but instead I was able to keep going and increase the pace steadily all the way home.

1st 2.5M: 37:20.... 14:56
2nd 2.5M: 28:26... 11:22...last mile just under 10:30.

Another up and down day. Run was great all things considered but at times in the afternoon and evening back to bad stretches of energy...and increasingly mucus coming up. No feeling of congestion in is the head/forehead area.

Managed during the 'good' hours to do good set of almost all drills.

Golfing today. Yesterday was the worst day. Finally went and got cranberry juice (pure) and lemonade. Not sure if UTI, allergies, cold/flu or all the above so I gave in and tried everything. It worked as far as stopping the worst of what was going on. Now I'm in that drained weak post drug state after taking everything.

This was much faster than expected. I can feel strength in spite of how weak I feel that I attribute to all the golf walking and strength training. Now I just need to get well and back to training instead of just surviving.

After feeling pretty good much of the day around 6:30 began to crash and this lasted all night. Even was doing some drills to try to open up my sinus's. Did not work. Mouth breathing for several hours. Rained off/on during night. Went out and made about a mile then it started up...very light...stopped then another short sprinkle.

Did not know from forecast if a deluge would roll in so this seemed to give me the strength to trot further and quicker than I would have expected. By 1M was doing pretty good pace for being close to death. Actually felt good but already feel things starting to take a turn for the worse. Even coffee did not open up head completely...only when I went out to trot/walk and stumble.

Felt tired with sore throat through night. Up early and after coffee and 1/2 bagel felt WAYYY better. Out the door and a couple of minutes later rumbling overhead. Light sprinkles off on.

Beautiful. Wind came up at end but by then too late for Mother Nature to screw us over :-) haha. Played well...made some stupid mistakes of course. Felt way better. Got a coffee at 9 to help throat and it seemed to work.

Feeling better but still achy. Stronger trotting than expected...not saying much since expectations were low. A few drills after walk/trot and before golf...about Back bridges, leg lifts, SU, lite stretching. After golf did 30 PU fingertip and regular 3 sets of 10.

Felt bad in the evening...sore throat, etc.

Completely wiped out by end of the front 9. Barely could move legs on the back nine. Mentally and physically dead...considering played okay even though made a lot of 'tired' swings and shots.

Felt better getting out and moving. Walked medium steady pace with very slow trotting here and there.

Sore and stiff. Walking only. R hip was sore. Same one that took months to clear up post Orlando last year. Think it is ok. Love the trips but sad as the guys leave.
