From Ardmore. After the Point the waves really picked up and were reflecting from the shoreline making it really sketchy. 17 gusting 35 km/h winds! Not comfortable with keeping the shore more than 50 meters away but certainly built the confidence up.

Elliptical machine..sigh. at least till the bike became available. Who would have thought the hanger fitness room would be this full.

To Hartland via Meadowbrook. Chain skipping resulted in the discovery of a completely worn middle chainring. Completely in capable of riding with it so the rest of the ride would have to be the 42T and the 22T; good thing these gears offer overlap of all ratio possibilities capable with the 32T.

Mountain biking 45:00 [3]

Up the mountain at a variety of paces and back down phase one, switchbacks, and skull. Fun.
