Final hospital based circuit training. Really going to miss the group. Will see what alternative circuit trainings are on offer, either at the gym or with cardio clubs.

My lift home from Moss 'conveniantly' ended up at HSK strength training. So I opted in for the warm-up...and ended up staying the whole hour. Although efforts were generally token and I spent most of the session lying on my back on the mat and chatting to Iliana.
