Strength and Conditioning 55:00 [1]

My last hospital based training session. Going to miss the group, although a fair few of them I guess I'll see again if I attend the Fredrikstad community training.
The physio got me to half lead with her today, which was pretty hilarious. We had half the room following each of us, so that people weren't stepping the wrong way and colliding with each other. Which has seemed to be a problem each week...there's always someone that decides to step to the right instead of the left...(I may also have been a culprit at times)

Running 10:00 [4]

...followed by my end of program test...the beep test. Very odd experience, running the beep test down a narrow hospital hallway, but there you go! Only had to dodge people a couple of times, and thankfully on the lower levels of the test. Hardest was listening out for the beep that was playing off the physio's phone.
So I made it to level 10,2. And as everyone feels with the beep test(once they've recovered), I felt I could have gone further. But eh, I'm happy just to see where I'm at.
So on the heart patient scale I am "Superior" for my sex and age...I looked up a regular scale and on a regular person scale I am "Normal" haha. I'll take Normal for now! :)
The physio thus stated that I am physically rehabilitated, and free to go climb mountains in NZ. Which I fully intend to do, as of next week :D

But I'm not simply being kicked out of rehab. the plan is to continue with the community group stuff, mainly cos it's fun, and to get in touch with the heart rehab research group in Oslo. Plus I get to come back to Moss for another beep test in 1 years time. We'll see if I'm still normal then ;)
