25manna. Wicked fun running 3rd leg for 1st team (lucked out and got moved up the night before with Mari being out).
A really cool vibe with the 4 courses constantly crossing/joining/seperating. I had 2 controls where I was together with Ida and 2 together with Kine at different times in the course. Presumably I also had some cross over with Hollie, but never saw her.
Unfortunately I should have been with Kine for 3 controls, but miscommunication meant I didn't realise we were both headed to #70, and I went AWOL on my own little (not so little...3min) deviation. As a result I was 4th back of us 4, but with 19 runners to follow, there was a more than good enough team to make up for my slip ;)

Wound survived well with a shin pad over it. Very swollen and aching after though. We had some difficulty getting the stitches is still somewhere in there :/ It will pop out eventually, once it's had enough of it's little inner-leg adventure!

Much better than sunday. Still affected downhill though.

Home just in time to have a quick standing buffet and head back out for a ride before hsk planning meeting.

Next to buy: full length biking gloves. My fingers got a bit cold.

Really is a race against time to be fit for 25-manna. But not much i can really do but wait for wound and muscle to heal. Seems fine biking atleast

Attempted to go for a jog. Got 5 mins in, but my leg was not happy with every impact. Met a friendly cat and decided that was a good excuse to stop. Played with it for 5 mins then walked home.

Finally lucked out yesterday on finding a decent mtn bike in my price range and for sale in Halden. Just in time. After the fail of a run I dragged myself back out for a ride.
Nothing too chancy, just up to Hoias and around on bigger tracks. Good feeling on the new bike, handles nicely :)
