Originally wasn't going to go to football today, but coach offered me a lift from fredrikstad, so I was keen. Planned to go to HSK strength at 8pm then instead of 4.45.
Except I blew my ankle in a small sided match half an hour into training. No-one to blame but myself on this one...i knew the stabiliser was weak thanks to my stick wound, but flat out forgot to tape. Karma for choosing football over strength eh.
So, more enforced rest. Which while frustrating, is probably a good thing - I need a proper break and wouldn't give myself one otherwise. This way all the niggles have a chance to die down and I can start training from scratch again. :)
