Biking 1:02:57 [3] 17.6 km (3:35 / km) +265m 3:20 / km

Went to see if biking hurt my leg or not. After an hour can attest that riding on nice tracks is fine. Technical single track, maybe not so smart atm.

Also need to decide whether I'm smart/fast enough to learn that the front/rear brakes are reversed on the handlebars here compared to NZ/AUS, before I have a bad crash (tried hard the other day to lose that race). Or, should I just switch them myself to try lower my risk of stupid crashes?

Note

Didn't start the long distance cos of my leg. No need to aggravate it more.

Orienteering race 47:40 [4] 6.0 km (7:57 / km)

Day cup/Tio test race.
Have confirmed that I need to get out of Norway in order to win a race ;)
Nah. Good run. Felt strong. Pushed when i needed to and mainly slowed down when needed. Disappointed to lose time on the route choice again. Need to slow down on the decision and make sure my head is on straight.
Otherwise just a couple of little slip ups, one out of safety and one not concentrating at the critical time.

Running warm up/down 22:00 [2] 3.8 km (5:47 / km)

Slow mo mass start. Eva kept popping up out of different splits, but then I cut short. Upper R leg has been niggly the last couple of days, and was getting more grumpy. Kinda in the hip joint area? Kinda? Not sure how to describe it.

TTT on Kjolen focusing on contour work, direction and precision. Good training with Eva following. Quality feedback.
Still getting my norwegian terrain legs back. Felt like a struggle through the terrain today. Plenty of tripping over.
time incl. stops for analysis.

Orienteering 12:00 [3] 1.6 km (7:30 / km)

Last part. Watch wasn't charged enough. Rookie mistake.

Downtown to meet Kine for her 30min session, then a slogjog (sjlog?) up the hill home. Got spotted by a couple of girls from football. Am now considered crazy for running prior to football training. Fair call.

Against Ås.
It was a crap game and i had a crap game tbh. Formation wasn't working in the first half, and i got more and more frustrated with the opposition and the ref. The former for having too many elbows and the latter for not having enough eyes.
Swore out loud directly at the ref in the 2nd half after getting sandwiched by two girls a couple of seconds after passing the ball. Apparently totally legally. First time i've actually sworn directly at a ref. and he definitely heard it haha. Luckily swearing in english isnt so bad here, and the ref was still missing his whistle anyway, his stare wasn't so happy though...
Got subbed after 60. Went on to win 2-1. Kinda didnt feel like a wind though. Agreed with Mari H that although winning is nice, it doesn't feel the same when you're not on the field making it happen.

Picked up a mildy swollen lip, cut mouth, a nicely corked and bruised bicep, and various minor bruises and scratches for the effort.
