Walking a bit of the Saturday technical training. Line course and a few controls. Went down to the lake to take in the view too. Quite nice be going at a speed where you can stop to smell the roses ;)

This whole stay at home and recover thing doesn't work so well when you have to travel to far off hospitals for appointments all the time. I'm exhausted by 3pm each day, and don't like how grumpy I get.
Somehow got off my bed and out for a walk though, and of course things got better with fresh air.

Eventually found motivation to go to høiås. But only had time to find 3 relector rocks today. Found an old rusty control flag though, so definitely winning!

Today I had a test at the hospital to see if I was ready to be promoted to the higher intensity rehab training group. This consisted of a walking shuttle test, which was pretty much just the most pleasant beep test I've ever done :)
The last two levels actually required jogging, which was exciting! I am now officially a member of training group 2B. They're a pretty cool group too, having trained together for up to 12 weeks now, there's a lot of banter going on throughout.

New rehab training group. Much higher intensity. Holy crap, we did one set of exercises to the cancan, and it just about floored me! Definitely next level from what I've been allowed to do so far. This class also requires next level coordination, to keep up with the song and instrucor...which I don't have. But then I never had it, so no surprises there ;)
Seriously though, most limiting thing is my lungs. Seems everything is tight as in my upper body (fair enough). Need to loosen up things and learn to breath again

Stunner of a day for walking up to hoias. Snow overnight and blue skies in the day. Was a bit late to greet skolleborgtur people at the finish, but in time for hot soup so all good.
