walking 1:05:00 [1] 6.0 km (10:50 / km)

Walk up to Eklimoen with Vendula and Frida. Massive tail wind on the way up, slightly sheltered from the head wind on the way back.
Said hi to the sheep. of course.

Thursday Dec 7, 2017 #

walking 20:00 [1] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

Walked home from Vendulas. Any exercise counts enough to go on attackpoint at the moment...

walking 1:00:00 [1] 4.0 km (15:00 / km)

Collected another 7 rocks at hoias. Am now over 50% of the way through my slow motion rogaine. Unfortunately I've got all the ones close to hoias though...so some long walks coming up!

walking 35:00 [1] 3.5 km (10:00 / km)

Around and about. Have managed not to do anything stupid today, helped along by the ice mostly melting around the place.

Skipped physio at the hospital again, as resting the groin. Looking forward to being back with my older friends next week ;)

Tuesday Dec 5, 2017 #

walking 1:00:00 [1] 5.0 km (12:00 / km)

Much warmer walk around the tracks. Got to eklimoen just as the sheep were sticking their heads out of the shed, so stuck around for a bit and they all came out to say hi :)
Alone at home now that Dad has flown back to NZ. So first priority is not to do anything stupid. Today I managed to pull a chair out straight into my scar, so not a good start. Had to curl up on the sofa for a bit after that. Then got a bit enthusiastic walking and took a slide on the ice, although i managed to stay on two feet. So after those two shocks, hopefully I will remember to be a bit more safety conscious...

walking 20:00 [1] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

Home from Vendula's

Monday Dec 4, 2017 #

walking 35:00 [1] 3.0 km (11:40 / km)

grumpy frozen tour of the tracks. I know last weeks tests came back good, but its hard to be positive when so exhausted and limited. i'll bounce back though.

walking 1:00:00 [1] 4.0 km (15:00 / km)

Gave dad the abridged foriegner's interpretation of the history of fredriksten fortress/World Cup sprint relay 2015 tour. Although the historical interpretations may be slightly inaccurate and colloquialised, it's a must do for every visitor to Halden ;-)
