The same session as Wednesday's at the hospital, but as a community heart rehab group in a gym in Fredrikstad. Good to have the bigger room to get the pulse up more on the running parts.

Had a training match against the U16 boys team. I said I was up for giving it a go and seeing how things went, with the proviso that I could come off after even 30s if I felt it wasn't going to work, and playing no more than 30 total.
Went OK, I have enough in me for the first and second sprint, but then need to walk or jog a bit rather before being ready to sprint again ;) Managed about 20mins in the end, could have gone longer but more than happy not to push it further.
Just a bit of a shame I couldn't go fully into tackles. Especially given the typical 16yr boys' cocky attitudes we were up against. Would have loved to have taken down their keeper when he had the cheek to come into the outfield.

Good circuit session, until I got the bad jump-rope, which constantly twisted and tripped me up...(I'll blame the rope, not my coordination)

Just ordered a new strap for my garmin (after over a year of just having it in my hand or pocket.) Shit must be getting serious...

Out at skarefjell in the snow. Was a long distance course with a control pick in the middle, but I just made my way to the control pick. Off trail proved a bit too much for me though, too heavy in the snow and heather. So I only did 10 controls or so, then dragged myself back to the cars along the trails. Really cool looking at all the fresh animal tracks in the snow. Could identify one big moose, one little moose, a fox and about a million deer.
Absolutely wrecked for the rest of the day. Didn't move far from the couch.
