Very excited to see a daffodil on my WD. Has only taken til mid April, and it may well be the only one in the country, but well done Norway. You can now say it's spring!

Nice interval session with a lot of girls showing tonight. With JK Friday-Sunday I only took half the session, skipping the 2km interval and taking longer breaks. Nice to feel some speed again after feeling flat for the whole last month. Getting back to form after a week and bit of less travel and workload.

Control pick out in Northern Høiås. Beautiful conditions but really struggled with concentration. Too much other crap on my mind. Had a sit down halfway around but was only marginally better after.
