Running warm up/down 20:45 [2] 3.6 km (5:46 / km) +40m 5:28 / km

Orienteering 56:00 [3] 5.75 km (9:44 / km) +350m 7:28 / km

Jukola test race.
Not feeling great last night or this morning, but put it down to period pains. Apparently not though (that was just bonus), something up with my stomach. Feeling nauseous right from the warm-up and was wondering if I should start or not. In hindsight, maybe not.
Tried to run hard to #1 but body wasn't feeling it, and I made a big cock-up on the extra forestry tracks. Ended up on the wrong hillside and took me a fair while to relocate (4+min).
Decided to keep going to #2, long leg. The actual leg went OK, but body was not having things. Absolutely empty and nausea continuing. Came into the circle with Markus and completely missed the control.
THought of jogging back, but there was no easy way and I don't like giving up. So decided to continue and focus on getting navigation right. Big struggle with some dry retching and not able to do more than a jog, even on the tracks.
Made it halfway to #6 where I decided to go across the open marsh (was proud I'd actually read the PM and that they were runnable). Well. I sunk in up to my bum with both legs. Bit worried that there was nobody behind me to possibly come to my aid. Had to employ the spreading your body-weight technique and eventually wriggled my way free after 1.20 (timed off gps). That was the final straw. Walked home from there, with a couple of stops to try and wretch up whatever was messing with my stomach.

Solid day out.

Waited for the rain to finish doing its thing before heading out for a 'short-long run'. So. Just a normal run really.

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] 9.1 km (8:15 / km)

MD out at Skolleborg N. Cut it into 4 intervals of about 12mins, although the second one blew out with a big mistake. Legs still not fresh and bit of a battle up the hills and through the now growing blueberries and heather.

Orienteering 9:52 [3] 1.52 km (6:29 / km) +40m 5:44 / km

Prologue at Iddefjordfjella. Short enough my legs could just about handle it.

Orienteering 50:30 [2] 5.77 km (8:45 / km) +200m 7:28 / km

"chasing start" although I opted out of the start list as I needed to take it easy after the last days.
So took it slowly and cleanly. Pretty stuffed!
7 PM

Football 45:00 [1] 2.0 km (22:30 / km)

strength, passing, short game play. Not really worth the time to go given how little we did.

vs Drøbak, in Drøbak.
Whoever decided to have 8.15pm kick-offs on weekdays?? Not cool.
A long drive both to and from the game. Would have been bearable if we'd won.
As it was, we played well in the first half again. Completely dominated and could have led by 4 goals or so at the break. I had one shot which i still don't understand how it didn't go in, from a physics point of view. Was going nicely into the top right corner but somehow hit the post/crossbar and bounced out rather than in...
Anyway. Drøbak kindly subbed in 4 of their top team players at half-time (plus their keeper who came on after 15mins of the first half). #fairplay. Another downside to weekday matches i guess? Second half was tough but we had our chances, which we missed, and gifted them a few, which they took.
So 4-2 to finish and a long drive home...
