From uni up the back of aro and zigzag through to the turbine. Then long flow down through polhill back to uni. Successfully got down without either falling myself, or pushing any bikers down the hill ;)
Legs a mess after last night and sunday

Turns out you don't run far at indoor! Based on # of steps anyway. No subs tonight. Another win

Orienteering 30:50 [3] 6.7 km (4:36 / km) +40m 4:28 / km

Omax on the waterfront. Close to gale force northerly made for fun running. Main achievement was getting around without losing my map to the wind!
Course was longer than it needed to be really. Would much rather have a shorter more technical course based from Frank kitts. But was fun anyhow

Wd collecting controls. Had a search for the si box at 108 but pretty sure it's been sacrificed to the wellington harbour taniwhas

Skjog at Wilton. Legs feeling ok after a day off. Although really, it was my.upper body with all the doms anyway. So much hauling myself up steep slopes and swinging down them on vines!

Sprint training at Massey.. ind starts. Two 5 min intervals and a12min course (I think, lap button didn't work). Rest wu and wd and jogs in between. Good stuff

Out to whiteria for another sprint. Mass start this time vs the boys and ellie. Love the technical campus here, and they're putting up some.more small buildings too. Woo.
