Running 1:08:00 [3] 12.95 km (5:15 / km) +190m 4:54 / km

Town trails. Eventually found the entrance to te henui walkway. Followed it down the river to the cemetery where we had the ko sprint. Then cut across through witt to get to pukekura park, and wiggled my way back up toward home. Decent loop but will be a bit shorter kow I know how to enter the trails more efficiently

Running 1:22:00 [3] 15.0 km (5:28 / km) +330m 4:55 / km

Went out to pukeiti regional park for an explore.lovely fast trails out there, kind of 4wd bike size. Ran around mt pukeiti, then realised I'd somehow missed the track that went more up and over. Did another half loop but when I got to the junction I found the sign had been taken down and it was closed. Now that I'm an employee of TRC I thought I better not run on the closed track! So turned around and went back the way I came. Still enjoyable.

Running 1:03:00 [3] 10.3 km (6:07 / km) +200m 5:35 / km

Stoped at mangamahoe on the way home from work. Successfully evaded all geese, which was top priority (evil little buggers). Explored some extra trails to try make up a 1hr loop. Best way to do this is to hop on the mtb trails and hope any bikers are understanding... only met one rider, but felt uneasy on their trails still. Also ended up on one stupidly winding track, which I got sick of and cut off eventually. But then ended back up on it again somehow... I may need to get a map of the area from Nick...

Running 47:00 [3] 8.5 km (5:32 / km) +140m 5:07 / km

Around the streets, unsuccessfully trying to find tracks in the little green strips. Eventually found my way over to bsrret domain, which has a nice little network of tracks, but abysmal signposting. Actually, it has a lot of signposts, but the arrows and descriptions are so vague it was hopeless. Upside being that I got more time and distance as I tried to loop my way out!
