4 day quad doms from sunday are finally subsiding. However, I'm now in voluntary self isolation thanks to my weekend in Melbourne 1.5weeks ago. And the physio not told me to run for atleast another week. So...I guess I'll just work??

climbed taranaki. Too good a day not to. as per type, made it safely down all the rocks and scree, then went for a trip and slide on the gravel 4wd track...was too busy looking at the nice single track on the next ridge over and regretting my route choice.
