Note

Bought a mtb on trademe yesterday. woo! hopefully I can pick it up on Wednesday (and my new helmet will be delivered by then. And exercising in isolation is still OK then)

Broke free from the house, was getting some cabin fever after 4 days. Bit like the week before my surgery in that I'm fit and able but confined, while everyone else goes about normal life (for now).
Anyway, drove up to the edge of the national park and went for a walk up to mangakotukutuku falls. Lovely forest and really serene waterfall. Managed 10x1min jogging along the way. Progress yo

4 day quad doms from sunday are finally subsiding.
However, I'm now in voluntary self isolation thanks to my weekend in Melbourne 1.5weeks ago. And the physio not told me to run for atleast another week. So...I guess I'll just work??
