Morning lap of the lake. So nice to get out for a morning wake up when working from home, and far preferable to the 30min drive to the office!

Final harriers group run for the season. Got off to a bad start when we happened across a recent car accident on the main road through town. Not a nice scene to come across, but the people there had things mostly under control and it didn't feel like there was much a group of 10+ of us could do other than get in the way. Luckily the emergency services arrived about 1min after us, so we got out of the way and carried on with our run.

A bit of chatter about how the accident may have happened (the positions of the cars was weird as, plus a couple of road signs ripped clean out of the ground). But the usual 4min/k boys were doing 4:30s tonight, which I got sucked into, so not much conversation on my part!
