Running - single trails 29:00 [3] 4.95 km (5:52 / km) +40m 5:38 / km

Totara domain loop down the pohangina valley. Ran a loop of single trails around the river flats (very muddy from recent flooding)

Running - single trails 33:00 [3] 5.53 km (5:58 / km) +140m 5:18 / km

Then drove 4mins back down the road and ran the Fern gully loop. Very nice. Also muddy.

wooooo a run! Taped up the knee and hit the urban trails. Minor niggles, much more painful was the feeling of unfitness!
Hit one of the trails just behind a guy. He was unaware of me for about 500m, then noticed I was keeping up with him so boosted it. Aaaaah, gotta love them insecure male runners ;)

NROC Long - Plantation Farm

Oh dear. The best thing that can be said for this forest is that it's (hopefully) being felled next year!
The contours were accurate at least. Vegetation was not. And boy was there a lot of vegetation!
