Running - mountains 2:18:00 [3] 14.0 km (9:51 / km) +940m 7:23 / km

Evening run around the Lake Dive loop. Stunner of a lake, but a bit of a brutal loop especially with fallen trees etc from Tuesday's winds. Round the mountain track was almost non existent in parts too! Great fun.

Round two of TSSSA Rogaine checking. East side this time. Skipped the controls in the middle of the mtn bike hub, as I quite like being alive ;) Another stunner of an evening at the lake.
