"Mega fun bantz", did the first 25 controls of the M21E course from day 6 of the S6D 2009. Another delicious day. Pretty clean orienteering but I wasn't going that fast as the heather was pretty deep for a lot of it and I wasn't feeling fresh.
Never went to 20, I realised it as I was most of the way down the hill after 19 but I wasn't bothered going back up so I just left it.

Cramond park run. Wasn't sure what to expect as the last 5k I did was in 2012 (17:37).
Set off way too fast, then just gradually got slower and slower, struggling at the end.
Happy enough with the time though, can definitely see it improving with better pacing.
