shoes: VJs in France

VHI Relays, 2nd leg after Aonghus & before Steven. A day to remember as a reminder of how not to orienteer. Embarrassing.

VHI Individual on Llyn Teifi. Nice open hillside with large contour features, not hard but very nice to run. Good clean run which was enough to win the course.
