LOC Carrick Mt.
Very easy course, 8 of the first 10 controls were mostly running, then it got a little more interesting. But I'm out of practise on 1:15 and lost about 2 & 3 mins on 5 & 6 not slowing down enough to read the detail. After that it went fine apart from carelessness at 8 (1 min), and very vague no. 16 (1 min). I had trouble interpreting the vegetation, and thought I'd lost a lot of time bashing brambles unnecessarily but it doesn't show on the splits. A bit slow up the hill but no difficulty with the distance, and enjoyed running in the sun.
